Realize The Little Known Secret Of Inspiration
To help someone see themselves as they CAN be is truly rewarding. Accomplishing this is not as easy as just telling them or pointing out their hidden selves.
Inspiring someone is to really induce them to BELIEVE. How is this done? I think it is best described in a story.
Once there was a man. He had became less of a man because he believed it. His close friend was upset by this. A wonderful man hed had known was now nothing but a mere scrap of what he once was.
The man's close friend knew how to help him but his attempts were to no avail. Finally, one day a story teller came to town looking for a new wonderful story to tell. The man's close friend told him of his close friend's life adventures and how wonderful a man he once was. The story teller was interested.
The man's close friend introduced him and they got along well. The story teller of course was able to convince the man to tell his story. But, as they went along, the man's close friend noticed some bad parts of the man's story that he thought better omitted.
He approached the story teller and told him of this. The story teller replied that it wasn't his job to edit the story, just to write it down to tell others.
The man's close friend then explained to him why the bad things can not be a part of the story. So, the story teller said "I think you are using me to help your close friend". The man's close friend replied "yes". "But how will it help your close friend by omitting the bad parts?" the story teller asked.
